It’s not really a traditional type breakfast but this morning we had vegetable fried rice.
First I scrambled an egg in a little toasted sesame oil and set it aside. Then I sautéd onion, garlic and sweet red pepper.
Then I added shredded Hubbard squash, straw mushrooms and leftover cooked rice.
I added the egg back in and seasoned with soy sauce. I used Bragg Liquid Aminos.
