Getting Back On Track

When I stretch the rules/personal dietary standards for one meal I like to get back on track for the next meal. After a rich breakfast of Bananas Foster & mango “ice cream” on waffles I was craving something a little more lean for my next meal: green hummus, sliced fresh mushrooms & radish sprouts cupped in romaine leaves.
