  1. What an inspirational plate! I love the idea of guac-stuffed tomatoes! What did you stuff the jalapenos with? Also, I’m curious how you make your probiotic salsa – is it fermented? Yum.

    1. Thank you! Two of the peppers were stuffed with Gouda cheese and the rest were stuffed with a concoction consisting of cashews, sunflower seeds, roasted red pepper, sun dried tomatoes, olives and nutritional yeast flakes.

      Yes, the probiotic salsa is fermented, which allows it to keep fresh in the refrigerator for a long time.
