I’m still waiting for the peaches to ripen. When they do, I hope they all ripen at the same time so I can make peach ice cream. Meanwhile, I made mango ice cream.
I cut up ten of these small champagne mangos and used a stick blender to blend them to a purée. Then I added a pint of heavy cream and a 1/4 cup of honey.
Then the ice cream churn did its work.
Mango ice cream is my favorite!
