In my last post I mentioned this sauce made from an assortment of mild and hot fresh red peppers. I used that same sauce to make these roasted potatoes, onions and garlic.
To begin, I boiled the potatoes, onions and garlic.
I tossed the peeled potatoes, the boiled onions and garlic with a generous amount of the red pepper sauce and some salt.
These were roasted in a hot oven then served with an omelet made with eggs beaten with quark. The potatoes had just the right amount of heat for our tastes.
As I am writing this post I am enjoying a mug of V8® Juice laced with two tablespoons of hot red pepper sauce and heated in the microwave.
