Black bean salad in all its possible variations is one of my favorite salads. Today is was black beans, nopalitos, cheddar cheese, cucumber, Peppadew peppers, jalapeño pepper, onion, cilantro and avocado with just home fermented jalapeño hot sauce for a dressing.
