Tried my hand at making rice / urad dal dosa. Prepared a small amount of curry to go with it using half a carrot, a small potato, onion, frozen peas, chopped spinach and homemade garam masala. Leftover rice, mango pickle and plain yogurt rounded out our simple meal.
