Today’s salad was an interesting contrast of flavors and textures: Jicama, mango, nopalitos, roasted red pepper, cilantro and onion.
Faye used her turn in the kitchen to make me this jicama orange salad. My only contribution was to go outside and pick the salad greens: arugula, romaine lettuce, red Russian kale and spinach. The patties are MorningStar Farms® breakfast maple flavored sausage patties.
